Definitely the tires! No, I don't know... but it's probably with the carb, and a good place to start would be the choke and cable.

Papa Bear: with a new battery installed, i get all lights and electronics functioning when I push the starter button, but only a click. No starter rotation at all. Prognosis please? Papa Bear
