Had Metzler on and they were great, rear lasted 14K but noticed they were a bit thin while on the road heading into Chicago. Looked for a dealer on the Indiana side but no luck so I crossed my fingers and hit Cicago at 3 pm. Turns out no need to worry about a blow out, 40 miles in 4 hours... Replaced the rear with a Continental. It seems fine but too soon to tell.
BTW have any of you had a blowout while riding? What happens???

What??? No Michelin users here? I traditionally used only Metzlers on my last 2 bikes. I decided to try Michelin Commanders this time around after a good write-up I saw onlineand I'm very pleased with the ride and handling. Time will tell how long they will last...so far so good. 6k on this set so far not much sign of wear.
