How can you tell if it is the pump or relay that goes out? I was doing 75mph and it just died.

My pump is rolling nicely at 38k. I had a problem with it for a while, turns out it was loose wire. You can check the relay and see if it's burned. You can also bypass the relay and power it directly and see if it works.
