Front brake problem 11 Months, 2 Weeks ago
So I replaced my ft pads and fluid nine days ago. The first ride resulted with the front pads grabbing and locking the front wheel about 15 miles into my ride, I backed off the lever adjustment screw and wheel freed up, continued my ride to work, no problems. Rode home the next day, about 45 miles, no problems. On the way to work later that day, I went about 40 miles and the front brake started to lock up again, backed out the screw a little more and everything was ok. When I got to work, I did the zip tie thing to my brake lever, came back 12 hours later, cut the tie and lever felt fine. Now today, 200 miles later, everything was feeling fine, then 30-35 mile in to my ride to work, lever started getting tight, and ft wheel started to lock up again. At this point I am starting to think I have a/multiple pistons sticking, or a master going bad. Anyone have any ideas or had this problem before?
When I did the pads, I openned the bleeder, and compressed the pads, they went right in, no issue. Help

Sounds like heat buildup make sure you have enough air space in the MC don't overfill it. There has to be room for air and fluid to expand in the MC. My rear brake did that after I put my forward controls on. The rod connecting the rear MC to the peddle was too close to my front pipe and got hot and expanded the fluid and locked the rear brake up. I made a mod and moved the stuff away from the pipe and all was good.
