It was slipping pretty badly as a result of the spring wear. GP I only did the spring upgrade, but if I were to do it again, I would do the entire pack and the spring. Did not do it myself...way above my pay grade...buddy owns a local independent shop and I ordered the parts through his source at a local dealership...I hang out, watch and learn...he makes it look relatively easy but I'm pretty sure i'm not ready to do this job on my own yet. Mine is slipping in 4th and 5th gear when I get on it !not sure what to do just got the bike it has 38k on it ! The fellas steered me towards the Barnett springs and were right! I decided with 39525 on the clock to just bite the bullet and do the whole job. I figure I bought 7-10 years of no worries . I was real busy today and really didn't get to wring her out but the ride home from the shop gave me time to crank it up and all slippage was gone!   Logged       The administrator has disabled public write access.
