2007 per profile. Carb bike. Did you change anything just prior to the problem arising?

Let us know your setup, and we can begin to help.

Pipes, jetting, air kit, AIS, etc.

BTW, that picture looks like Broadway Yamaha in Tyler. If so, that's just about the same spot my '03 was sitting in when my father in law bought it!

Are you running anything like Seafoam or Startron in your fuel? It could be the primary circuit is getting clogged up. You have enough flow to start and idle the bike, but no more.

When you turn the key on do you hear the fuel pump clicking until the carb fills up? Pull the fuel line off the carb and turn the petcock on and then the key to see if the pump is working. Better if you have some one turn the key on and off while you hold something for the fuel to go into.

ok guys I just got done taking the carb off and cleaning it. Everything in the carb looks good. checked the fuel filter and it is good and checked the pump and it is pumping good. I had my step dad helping me because im not very mechanicallt inclined. put everything back together and it still doing the same thing. I have not add ed anything to the bike since ive had it and no fuel preservitives.

Roger were is the PMS screw and I will check that.

I bought the bike used 2 years ago at select enterprise in Lindale, Tx

Has it been sitting, without being ran for any length of time, or did it start this, like a few days after your last ride?

This link will show you where the PMS is. If the cover is still on it then the screw is still in it. If the cover has been removed you will see a very small screw driver slot where the cover was. If all you see is a hole the screw is GONE.

Lets start from the beginning:
When did you first notice this?
When was the last time you road it and all went well?
Did you fill the tank right before you garaged it last?
Can you start the bike and let it idle for more than a couple of minutes without it dying?
Are there any modifications done to the bike (air intake/filter, pipes, removal of the air induction system aka AIS, hi flow petcock, etc)?.
Are you rolling the throttle hard or softly
Do you smell gas when is "Dies" (like a flooded stall)
