Changing oil, it really is easy 10 Months, 3 Weeks ago  
Just like the tech article says. Came home for lunch. Up on the lift. Pull the front plug, then the filter, then the back plug. Go have a sandwich while it drains. Put the plugs and new filter back in, 4 qts of Mobile 1 V-Twin. Go back to work. I didnt't even get dirty. Now why did I put that off for so long?

yep...simple!
U did remember to give the " spring bolt" 3 clicks...to seal the filter...so it doesnt leak...right?

Yep. Did my first oil chanage on an RS and it is easy. With a lift a piece of cake.

Um, not sure what you mean. 3 clicks? I tightened the filter by hand then 1/2 turm with the wrench. It's not leaking.Blackroadie wrote:
