A likly culprite is the seat, is that mechanism binding? Check these after a "little" graphite. Your problem will be removing the brakeaway mount bolts you will need a #40 AND #30 drill bit AND a #1 and #2 easy out. Center punch as close to the center of what is left of the brake away bolts. There are 4 bolts total 2 #10 for the cage around the switch and 2 #6 that hold the switch. Drill just deep enough to get the easy out to bite they should come out fairly easy good luck, if you need the bolts I have plenty they are allen heads.
