Dyna 3000 3 Months, 2 Weeks ago
After conferring with some of you on the settings on the Dyna 3000, running it 32a, 34a, & 36a, I find that I am totally unsatisfied with the unit. It is hard to start and always seems to be just a bit out of time no matter the setting. Am I to invest in coils, plugs and wires to remedy the problem?? Go back to the stock module? Any recommendations?

Was that your only mod to the bike? If you don't care for it , I'm sure someone here would be happy to give it a new home. That's the good part of a forum.......always someone looking for something....BB

If you dont feel satisfied call the dealer because you are the first person I have heard complain about it either the unit is bad or you have another problem IMO....Coug

I agree with Cougar never heard a bad word about the 3000 and I love mine. Sounds to me like you have other problems. One quick way to find out put your stock module back in. I bet anything it still does the same thing. Hey BillJr like you new sig pic.

Re:Dyna 3000 3 Months, 1 Week ago
For those of you who have one of these what seems to be the best setting for you? I have 06 R* Silverado w/Barons big air kit, Yamaha long pipes, & rejet on the carb. No matter what I have it set at it takes longer to start which confirms to me that the timing is off a bit as well as going up hill it seems to be off a bit too. Also at slow speeds (20-30 mph)there is an infrequent pop in the exhaust that was no there before.
Putting on the old module the bike returns to normal. Dont get me wrong...I like this thing. I just want it to work.
