With the Scala Q-2 I have found that you had wind noise and if you were linked (3 max ) when the 3rd unit or linked unit was talking you had to wait till they were done.

Starcom 1 allows all riders to hear conversations, the rider can talk on the phone with the driver or take a private call, an unlimited number of bikes can be on system, (as long as they are on the same CB Channel) ot listen to music and best of all you can talk without wind noise at high speeds 80 to 100mph in both open face and clased face helmets. (see videos at starcom1 europe site)if listening to music it cuts out when someone is talking and comes back on in 3 sec. after completion of transmissions.
