Thanks for all the suggestions, I am looking at an OEM replacement. For my plain 05 road star with spoke wheels, the price of the speedo is about 530$. If I look up a speedo for a 05 midnight silverado, it is about 420$. I know the midnight speedo has MIDNIGHT written on the face, which dosen't bother me, but are there any other differences? I wouldn't think so. What do ya'll think???
