Ok. You've established all of the wires are connected. Right? Now check for positive and negative. Continuity is only part of the equation. We know the wires are hooked up. But, we need to know if the wires have their proper polarity. Do the wires that are supposed to have positive, have positive voltage? Do the wires that are supposed to have ground, have ground? Its possible that a ground is swapped with a positive in your splices. The turn signal switch gets positive voltage from the relay. That relay supplies power to either turn signal. If the left works, the switch is getting voltage. Does the right rear turn work? If so, your fault may be the connector for the green wire to the front turn signal. If the right rear doesn't work, then its your splices, or your switch. Again if your left side works, it's not a ground fault at the switch.
