How does the R* charging system handle a stereo?? I'm talking a standard CD/head unit like from a car with 2 speakers

The fuse for an aftermarket cd/stereo is only 2 amps so they don't draw more than that. I don't see why the charging system on our bikes couldn't handle that unless I'm totally mistaken. Passing lamps draw more than that I think.

It will do fine if you want to listen to CD I would suggest Alpine so they don't skip. Mp3 plugs are nice and skip isn't an issue. I would get a sealed circuit or waterproof housing. I have 4 speakers amp and stereo no problem.
