SPEEDO 1 Year, 10 Months ago  
BIKE 99 R* SET IN THE RAIN TODAY AT WORK HARD TO START POPED AND FARTED, BELCHED ,SPIT AND COUGHED BUT GOT IT GOING BUT ON THE WAY HOME THE SPEEDO QUIT SHUT THE BIKE OFF AND STARTED IT UP SPEEDO WAS OFF WAS GOING ABOUT 70 IT SHOWED 40 WHAT DO I NEED TO DO JUST LET DRY OR BUY A NEW BIKE ---NO WHAT COULD CAUSE THIS

I'd take off the dash and blow out the water from the connectors, maybe take it inside to dry off overnight. A little dab of dielectric grease on the connectors will prevent corrosion in the future.

If you have an after market big air kit, may want to get that dried out also.?
