tailight removal 2 Years, 2 Months ago
Painting my 2005 silverado. I have everything off of the rear fender but can't find the connection for the three tailight wires black yellow and blue. Clymers says it under the rea fender but i can find no connections. it looks like it is hard wired into the tailight asembly. There is a liitle black connector installed into the tailight but I am afraid to pull on it to hard as I might break it and really mess up the assembly. The alternative is to cut the wires under the fender and then connect them back up with clips after paint. Any suggestions?
