I have this same kit. If I pull off the load equalizer would it make the rear flash (to grab attention) fire quicker? It seems to blink a few times slow like in the video. I'd love to make it flash a little more rapid. Like Blink blink blink and then solid vs. Blink...............Blink........... Blink.............. SOLID.

Dysan, based on what I'm reading, I'm guessing the answer is yes.

For that reason, I may not use two load equalizers to slow things down. I'd prefer a faster blinking rate if it is one that isn't too fast and strobing, but maybe someone with the kit can give us some definitive information. It may also vary from bike to bike.

Problem is...when I used 1 equalizer, only 1 turn was fast...the other slow.... same as my buddys bike.....dont ask me why. soon as I put 2 in all was good.

The Custom Dynamics Street Magic 100 LED Genesis II LED Tail Light arrived TODAY!

Installed in 15 minutes. I spent more time fiddling with the tail light lens and rubber gasket than I did actually doing the installation.

MAN! What a difference! They'll see me now from behind! Just the tail light on is brighter than it was before when braking! Now everything is lit up back there!

But the RTB Controller is on its way with the red lenses, so all will be right with the world when that package arrives -- with two load equalizers as suggested.

Thanks again to all who contributed to this great decision!

Oh I meant to let you know. I pulled the load EQ off of mine and it did not change the rate of flash at all on the Brake lights. That must be controlled independently somehow on the electronics the kit uses. The turn signals though did flash much faster. Since it wasn't the effect I was looking for I put the EQ back on and tucked everything back in it's place.

If anyone should ever figure out a way to speed up the Brake light flashing I'd love to hear about it.

I like the Strobe effect and think the slow Flash it does now could have been better.

I knew you'd like it! A toss up as the best $100 investment between this and my drivers backrest.
