Charging?? 11 Months, 2 Weeks ago
I had my battery checked today and it is ok. My battery indicator that I installed on my bike is showing a green charging light when I'm riding but when I come to a stop the green light goes off when idealing shows amber light which indicates bike not charging properly. My bike is 08 with 48.000 miles. Is this a coil or alternator problem. Thanks in advance.

if your idle is set too low, it will do that 960 rpm for idle i believe

sounds like your charge indicator doohicky is not accurate. Should be checked with a volt meter.
