The housing, lens, led board and relay came in the package. I needed 100 ohm resistors because one side stayed lite all the time. I made my own, I used 1/4" thick x 1" wide aluminum flat stock from home depot & made my own. It was pretty simple. I did a write up on it here on the forums, do a search & you'll find it. Pretty simple & it hid the other holes used by the oem stuff. It cannot be seen during the day. All my riding buddies complain about it every time I lead the way. I'm going back to the kuryakyn curved blinkers and stock tail light.
