You have to remember that the coils are DTCI controlled (Digital Transistor Controlled Ignition) The voltages you found would be only proof that the system is feeding signal power to coils. If you had the bike running when checking this, you'd only end up getting an average potential as a voltmeter would never be able to keep up with the fast on/off signals feeding the coils from the DTCI system.
Like Doc was saying, you need to measure the OHMS on primary/secondary terminals of each coil to determine if the coils are okay. I once checked "coil OUTPUT" with an engine running and quickly fried my Dad'd voltmeter. I was just a dumb eight year old kid that was expecting only 12 volts at the sparkplug, and quickly learned that voltmeters do not like being fed several thousand volts!
(And I also learned that Dad's don't like their kids frying $200 voltmeters!) ooops!
