Stator and Rectifier upgrade help 3 Years, 11 Months ago

I am going to be putting on passsing light bar on my 03 R* and want to upgrade the Stator and rectifier. I'm looking at putting in Yamaha parts, but I'm a little confused with the part numbers between the 05 (5VN 81410-00-00) and the 06 (5VN 81410-01-00)on the stator. Is there a difference with the output between the two? Does it matter which one to purchase? (Do either fit) and if I buy the 06 ststor, do I need to stick with the 06 rectifier?
