ccrst38 First I don't think you took your compression reading correctly. Run the engine a few minutes to heat it up. Remove the seat and a plug in each cylinder. Crank the engine WITH THE THROTTLE WIDE OPEN until the reading stabilizes. The following is what the manual says the reading should be.
Minimum 142 psi
Standard 171 psi
Maximum 199 psi
Difference between cylinders 14 psi
I really think you have leaky pipes at the cylinders I have somewhat the same problem with my rear cylinder. Check for leaks at the place the pipes go into the cylinder heads.

ultrastar: Is anyone planing on going to Star Days this year? its in Reno NV this year thats only about a 5 hour ride for me the last one I went to was in CO. a 2 day ride riding 80 + and 14 hour days
