I know alot of folks run the Felpro Gaskets here, I bought a set when I changed my exhaust, but after seeing the copper OEM gaskets I went got another set of those. I have no leaks and they worked great. copper Gaskets do a great job of sealing things. I'm afraid I dont know about the back pressure.
