Read my last post....it's not all that bad, just pull the front axle and remove the wheel and then the rotors............as far as the e-bay rotor covers they would should not require the romoval of the wheel or rotor, just bolt with the brake calipers and the forks I believe.

its rather annoying that yami stopped production on this. Its even more annoying that Kury doesn't step up and make something like this. Seems like most of the stuff Kury makes (metric wise) is either generic or for the Goldwing or VTX. I know they make some stuff for stars, but not enough.

i've got a pair of front wheel/hub covers sitting on my shelf. IMHO,i think my bike looks better without them [this wont start any bad feelings will it :ohmy've got a pair of front wheel/hub covers sitting on my shelf. I just scored a set of pie plates on Ebay for $8.50. They are described as having light scratches but not being bent and no dents.

What kind of metal are they made of? Think I could polish them out if they're not too bad? (They don't look terrible in the pics) If I can't polish them, Maybe I'll powder coat 'em.

LOOK UNDER ROYAL STAR VENTURE AND TOUR DELUXE ON E-BAY. ALOT OF ROYAL STAR RIDERS TAKE THERES OFF. WE INSTALLED MINE ON MY BUDDYS 08 ROAD STAR.
THE ROYAL STARS ARE POLISHED STAINLESS TOO.
