Went to remove the windshield tonight....
and the dang bolt broke off ...into the chrome nut thats welded to the back of the mount.....
thinkin maybe drilling it out and thread extractor....any other ideas?

Mine did the same thing so I broke the nut off and installed a bolt with a nylock nut. This winter when I'm doing the rest of the work on the bike I'm taking off the rest of the nuts and installing nylocks.

I worked on my the other day, those bolts was tighttttt. I would do like moondog did. Good looking scoot btw.

just used the dremel to free a couple spot weld and twisted it off....now to get new bolts ...thanks guys...
