I have both bikes and in my opinion off the showroom floor the Raider is much more comfortable than the Road*. The stock seat on the Raider never hurt like the Road*, but if you are under 6' the handle bars are a stretch. My wife has ridden the Raider 200 miles in one day and never complained about discomfort. I have changed a few things for her that helped her to even enjoy her ride even more like a Corbin seat and floorboards. That being said I would still choose my Road* over it, because to me the Raider is an awesome ride, but the Road* makes me grin every time I ride it. You know we're all about the Roadstars, but noone here cares what you ride as long as you ride. Now, if it was me, I'd probably go for another Roadstar because I've gotten to know them so well.
