Bad Dad Customs in Ft. Wayne, IN is putting the finishing touches on a new bagger kit for our Roadie's. Kit includes an Indian style front fender, rear fender with integrated filler panels, HD style hard bags and mounts, and a stretched fiberglass headlight nacelle.

Photo's and further description can be found here:

Personally, I think the headlight nacelle looks goofy (reminds me of an aardvark's nose), but I am liking the fenders. Already have different hard bags and mounts, so I wouldn't need theirs.

I like the fenders and the bags with the round tops. The headlight deal is pretty ugle though. Maybe a winter project...

That headlight looks like on the M109 Suzukis less the downward angle.

Sorry but the lines of those add-ons just don't jell very well IMO. The bags look HUGE !!! and the headlight looks even BIGGER !!! the whole look is bulkey and awkward, but to each his own.

While interesting, I have to say if I wanted my R* to look like another bike, or a mix of bikes, I would have bought the other. I like the R* look.

I'm not real keen on the rear fender/extended HD bags either. IMO the fender would look 10x better if they had set the filler panels back (towards the front of the bike) about 2 inches rather than having them flush with the fender.

Not a fan of the look. I put ghost brackets on my bags to make it easier to clean. This kit looks like it would be a nightmare to clean the bike/rear wheel area, adding a hitch... Is he going to paint them to match the 07 colors or repaint the entire bike to something custom?

I realize it's a "Work in progress" and there is more to do, I hope.
