Look under the bike at the shock. There's 2 large nuts on the front end of the shock. The outer one is a jam nut. Loosen the jam nut. Then tighted the nut underneath it. I don't have the specs in front of me, but I'm thinking you can turn it in like an inch or so to stiffen up the shock. Tighten down the jam nut and you're good to go. Someone hopefully can chime in and tell you exactly how far to tighten the inner nut, but I'd start at an inch and see how that feels.
