I bet I can make it fit... and fit like a stock one... and use the factory wiring harness... and probly the speedo gauge as well... having use to own my own custom shop and make things fit where they werent suppose to was a specialty of mine... I fit a 4.3L and a 350 small block into mini trucks all the time using factory wiring harness'... Like Flashback said... if you can weld... anything will fit... besides, the basic design between the two are very similar... as far as the frame handling the load of the bigger engine... thats not an issue either... a little support here and there could cure any misgivings as well...

It is a great idea... and I like it... anybody got an extra liner engine layin around? Im up for the challenge!
