Blowing 10 amp fuse for turn signals 2 Years ago
Good morning all. I have a problem with my 07 1700 blowing the 10 amp fuse for turn signals. I dont have any electrical experience so not sure where to start. It is not in the drving lights that much i am sure. Any ideas will be helpful since I have plans over the coming weekend for a 1,000 mil ride. Thanks Bofish

when you say its not in the light bar...does that mean you just installed a light bar, or put a new one on? If you did, I would bet your problem is in the headlight bucket with some crossed wires.

If you have knowledge on using a ohm meter it would be a little easier to find if it was a bad ground somewhere? I'm sure somebody here can help!

Good Luck!

Since you have a light bar, I would pull the turn signals off and check your wiring in there for your turn signals. I have a lightbar and the watre got into the bar and down into my turn signals and corroded out the terminal causing a short. I ended up replacing the wiring and adding silicone to hopefully prevent a repeat.
