2-up seat 2 Years ago
looking for something short trip comfortable= less than an hour.
Just got my bike from the original owner.
he gave me the stock 2 up seat and the comfort whatever stiletto.
The stilletto looks great. Is the right width and feels pretty good to me.
The stock rear seat obviously feels good to the wife, but man is the rider seat H-U-G-E! I am measuring it 20 inches across! Hate the look on my bike.

Is there something out there that is maybe the width of the stilletto but actually has a seat on the back? I don't really have a preference at this point over one piece or two piece seat, Just that it doesn't hang 6 inches off the sides of the bike.

Is there a thinner width rider seat you can use with the stock passenger seat? Maybe that is an option?

im in the same boat more or less. i want something around 12''-15'' that i can use. the closest i have found is the mustang daytripper. the driver saddle is 14'' i think but the passanger is only 8'' the stock pass. seat is around 11'' at its widest point

Don't know if the Mustang 2pc vintage would be to your liking but it is narrower than stock.
It is what I have and bounce between the Stiletto and the Mustang. They bolt on the same way makes a quick swap.
See the sig pic below for comparison.

Checking out the mustang web site.
The Sport touring seat is exactly what I am looking for, but they don't make it for the R*.

I will check out the vintage.

Wow! hot seat! ))))

I'm thinking about this type of seat update:

BUTTY BUDDY COMFORT SEAT (MOUNTS ON TOP OF OEM SEAT)

I think it's comfortable and can be used whenever it's needed easily. I'm goin' to have one

i am looking at the danny gray weekday 2-up xl. the driver seat is about 14 wide and passanger looks to maintain its stock width. its also a 1 piece seat, imo 1 piece seats look better.
