Anyone have a stock front pulley that will fit a 1999 *? I believe mine is starting to wear the teeth and I want to replace it.

Are you sure?
Its a STEEL pulley. How many Miles do you have on your bike?
If it were an Aluminum Pulley, I've heard of them wearing out in as little as 4000 miles.

I have nearly 70,000 on the clock. The pulley will move on the shaft. It has about 5-10degrees of lash in the front pulley. I am hoping it it pulley teeth that are worn otherwise I have a long road to repair the shaft.

The 32 from a 1700 is narrower than the 33 from a 1600. I believe you will need to get the narrower belt to use this pulley

I didn't know there was a width different if that the cast it won't work  mine is like the steal one on e-bay it has both edges on steal pulley. I when 31 and it not steal and only has one edge if it wont work can't help but that the first I've heard of that   |

Hey bob...been that route...the Barons steel pulley with one edge will handle any R/S from 1999 on both belts will work..........
