first from MI and yup many have and im waiting for mine to come in. you need to mod the fender somewhat to make room by cuting the nuts off the backside and drilling lower holes (oblonging the old ones mostly) ans for the wheel its self you can go thru here http://www.ldcustombikewurks.com/looneyaxles.htm for axles ans spacers or have custom reducing bushing made to go from a 1" bearing to the stock 22mm axle

I went with the easy route and installed a 21" from a 2009 Yamaha Raider. It bolts right on as long as you have the rotors from the Raider also. Only mod was to do what Smokes said with the fender mounting holes.

You can put a 240 on the stock swingarm. You just need to grind off the stock brake stay get one like on the looney site I posted in the above link

The stock fender would need to be changed out for sure though. It will only fit up to a 180

I will be changing out my front wheel to a 21" this winter as well.
Keep in mind tire sizes... I know a lot of guys seem to go with the 120/70-21.
