My neighbour is a car painter and he painted my complete bike for 500 Euro's, I did the prep work though. So it is not that expensive.

Well I figured it might be time to post up some updates.
I got everything painted and getting it all back together.
Here's the ceramic coated and heat wrapped exhaust with new air cleaner:

16" apes, powdercoated flat black:
Feels like I still have a little ways to go, but it's coming together slowly!

What's the name of the colour and type of paint you ended up going with?
Will you be using plasma rods for the rear lighting?

The color is a Pewter from the Dupont catalog that GM uses on 2010-2012 vehicles. Then the painter put a flattener in the clear so that it would come out flat.
and yes, the 8" plasma rods arriving tomorrow.
