Mine has stock style bars on it you should be able to make some slack in the cable my cables are not tight by any means just had to move them around some

What size risers do you have?

My Baron's 4 1/2" pullback risers fit just fine with stock bars, but I had to finagle my wires and brake line through the tree when I put on bigger bars. Have you tried running the wires through the inside of the tree, rather than out around the outside?

Not yet, that may be my next move.

If you go this route, two things to be aware of:

1.) The clutch cable can scrape against the front edge of the speedo housing at full left lock so apply some padding or electrical tape to the edge.

2.) Try to loosely secure the brake line to the forks somehow or it will rest against the tank at full right lock and eventually scuff the paint.

I think the clutch, throttle, and electrical cables might be okay, (stretched alittle). But the brake line is tight (hydraulic hose). Is this line hard to replace? I think I should have gone with dthe 31/2" risers. Ho well I gotta move on.
