No, I think you can buy the outer part of the rim without the hub and you can buy the spokes.

Ther isnt a standard 21 inch rim for the wildstar on the market as far as I know. I had a specialist make a new rim for it.

Total with tire, spokes and powdercoated rim it was about 750 euros.

The only thing here that was helpful in helping someone put a 21 inch front wheel was the spacer idea. What do you do with making the brakes work with a HD front wheel? A new front rim would really be the easiest way. Has anyone contacted a wheel manufacturer? DNA or others? More info on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

What do you mean with your first remark?
This was the first question asked "had a brain storm while looking for a 21 hd front tire to relace my r* hub to. If one was so inclined could you not just buy the lacing kit for a 21 in harley wheel and be done with it?? anybody have some input on this?? "

The answer was that a roastar hub doesnt fit with a HD rim because a Roadstar has more spokes????
