Thank you! I spent a lot of time in the paint and finish details... Pigpen is the only one here that has seen it up close... yes, you can put any style LED light in the filler panels... been thinking about doing some myself... I have a 21" chrome front wheel for sale if yer interested... $500 obo...

Sorry, checked it out but its not my style. Didn't realize you made your own exhaust too. Jealous of your skills!

If I had my way I'd make those rear gap fillers and also something for the top gap that I could fit onto my quick release backrest bolts when I'm not in 2-up mode. Like this guy did here, but down lower and rounded:

That's the one thing I'm jealous about HD, how seemless they can make their baggers look.

Just a few updated pics of the bike coming together. Would be done by now if Reckless would ship my fairing and if I would quit breaking the parts I'm putting back on.

This is going to be one of those colors that never looks the same in pictures as it does in real life. I also had plans next year to do away with the chrome, but after seeing it with this color I might have just changed my mind completely. More chrome!

Next up I have to figure out why the bags are leaning "out" so much, and in at the bottoms. Some of the problem is the quick release brackets and how far out they push the tops of the bags, but there has to be a solution.

Still have to receive, paint, and mount the fairing. Then figure out how to afford duals this year, because those would look badass.

Actually, i am in the works on making some fillers for the top of the rails/bags... HD does a great job at building their bikes...

Gentlemen we're getting close!

Also couldn't resist painting these

Going away for a long weekend (without the bike ) so won't be able to sand and buff until Monday, which is driving me crazy. Can't wait to get it together and be done!

New Paint & Bagger Upgrade - Complete!! 11 Months, 1 Week ago
Got the bike all done for this year and just wanted to show off a little!

And to think this all started because my girl offered to fix the dent in my tank.

Also can't forget to thank the love of my life and head painter who absolutely refused to let me touch a paint gun. I got to sand though!

I don't know what she sees in a big doofus like me, but I'm glad she sees it.
