never heard of anyone doing that. But, if you're going to make the Roadie look more like a HD, might as well go all the way and get a HD.

Definitely different. I think it would be a bit of a wiring nightmare tho, getting all the gauges to work properly

LOL

Well it's not for my bike.
It's my brother in law's roadie and he just loves to modify his sh*t.
His bike is the one with the little girl on it, notice anything different about the gas tank?

and yes I AM that beautiful

yup he bought a couple trashed roadie tanks, cut out the spout area, cut a matching hole in his tank and welded it in there. Two working caps. Wonder if that helps at the gas station when it's taking forever to fill it up... let it settle... fill it up...

What he is wondering is if the speedometer is around the same size on the Road King as it is on the Road Star
He's gonna do this thing one way or another, I never seen him get an idea in his head and not carry it out.
He says "There are no problems... only solutions"

Take Pix and keep us posted. I'd be interested in how it worked out.
Always have liked the higher tilt of the RK dash. Easier to read too!
