your gunna have to cut the welded on nuts off on the inside of the fender and drill new holes (realy oblong the ones there already) then use nuts and bolts to hold it in place

Yeah what Smokes said...and also before you bolt down your front fender, tape some 1/4" tubing on your front tire. Make sure the tire clears your fender with the tubing on the tire when you spin it. It'll give you the clearance for when the tire expands when you're going down the road.

Depends on what tire you use. If you try to use the stocker on a 140, it kinda looks like a fat guy in a little coat.

I left the rear holes alone and slotted the front ones for the clearance I needed. But like others have said...........you have to remove the welded on nuts, slot the holes and then use new bolts, washers and nuts.

A Dremel tool works really good for making slotting the holes. But be sure and tape the holes to protect the paint from chipping off when you grind. I also sprayed some clear on the newly ground areas to control the rust later.

Good luck with your project.
