I'm glad you brought this up. This is a change I'm seriously considering, primarily for looks.

Anyone got any comments on the riding position or functionality?

And then we'll need to know all the lines and cables we need to switch out and what lengths we will need and good places to get them.

That's sounds like too much to ask.

I just put a set of these on my bike along with Baron DT pullbacks. I went for the fatty look and more pull back. Needed new brake line is all. But you'll have to run thew other lines behind the triple tree.

Those bulldogs look pretty mean. Tricky how they get big after the risers. Are they made to show no gap there?

So HOW DO THEY FEEL? Does it make it more of a thrill?

They are 1.25" fat except at the risers and grips/controls. They feel great after a little getting used to. I'm planning to put a tach between the risers. They definitely give the bike a beefy look, especially if you also have Yami big bars, they compliment each other real well. I also ran the wires internal which cleaned up the bar area nicely. All in all they are very nice bars and an excellent and fairly inexpensive mod that looks and feels good.
