Dropped My Bike At Americade. Need some Advice 3 Years, 8 Months ago

Dropped my bike while cornering, miscalculated. Anyway the drop wasn't too bad and my Linbars Saved the day. But I have two issues:

I have an 07 Silverado (Blue and Silver) I have some light scratches on my front fender, which is painted. I also have some light scratches on my windshield. Can anyboady give me some advice on getting rid of the scratches? Maybe some polish? What should I use on the windshield? Please give me some advice on getting my baby back to her shiny self.
