Risers for 07 Midnight star 3 Months, 1 Week ago
Would like to get my handlebar up and back. I see the Pro One instructions in our clinic. How about these Yami risers? They are listed for flat bar but has anyone used them on stock bar?

I'm using these (shorter size though)with my standard handlebar and they fit/work fine. Put the bars right where I needed them to put in me in a better riding position. Here's a link to a larger version of my sig pic where you can see them better.

I use the medium ones (Yami)like Mark has if you get the tall you need all new cables. The medium are about right and you don't need new cables they fit the stock bar but the break line is a little tight.

I got a set of pro1 2" up and 1 1/2 " back from www.hellriser.com . They worked with the stock cables, the brake line is sung but not bad. They made the bike a perfect fit for me as the stock risers made it some what of a reach, and the back would get tight after 2 hours of riding. I have gone 3 hours with the new risers and no problems at all.

Just for future reference, I put 8" risers on my 07 Roadie and was able to use the stock cables.

Like Curt said, the brake line was pretty tight..tighter than I felt good about. So I just loosened the hex nuts holding it on and moved the master brake master cylinder a bit closer (like 1/4 inch) and now all is fine.

Is the Road Star same as Harley bolt center - 3 1/2" ? Was ondering if I can use Harley kit with one piece top clamp. Would have to be same distance apart as Harley to work.

I know I should just go out and measure but...
