Re:Khrome Werks Slip ons? 3 Months ago
Just got my khrome werks slip on today. I was looking at the stock exhaust before I take off tomorrow, and I only see two places that hold the stock exhaust on. The bracket in the back, and the clamp around the head pipe and the muffler. Is there more that I am missing?

Thank you. I will change the exhaust tomorrow. Probably remove the ais also. Hope everything goes well, no leaks, no backfire, etc.

If you remove the AIS properly it will diminish the popping on decel, but probably not completely. The AIS is turning out to be one of my cooler weather projects in a month or so, so I'm living with the popping for now. Let us know how it turns out.

Edit: BTW, that's a good lookin' ride you've got.
