They are great looking scoots slezy. I found the hp to be pretty much the same as before the swap (they advertise hp will remain the same). I hadn't checked my fuel mileage at the time since I'd only put on a few hundred miles, but I checked it last week and between city and highway, I averaged 41 mpg. The scoot is still under 2000 miles so I still haven't broken her in yet to get the best reading.

    YAAAY!!!
  • I got my slash cut slip on's today in the mail...I had worked it out with the dealership to have them put them on for free, but by the time I was availible to take the bike in, there wasn't enough time to get it back before Monday, so I decided I would just do it myself. All the help in this thread made the installation not only doable, but very smooth and easy. The pointers with the brakes was also invaluble...For anyone that is on the fence as to weather they need somethiing more from your 'weekend hobby' This is a definate option. Sounds great, lets me know where the RPMs are at now...LOVE THEM LOVE THEM LOVe THEM!!! Thanks to everyone who helped me make this decision. You guys are great...new pics as soon as all my stupid back-ordered parts get in...

Don't think (at least in my case) that it is an exhaust leak. Rear cylinder runs hotter and is probably the reason for the discoloration. (Note: Current picture is with stock pipes and I currently have Khrome Werks slash cuts on the bike).

Hold a stick of incense or a cigarette at the junction and see it the smoke gets blown around. If it does you got a leak
