No .... remove the stock lines and buy a single line from the MC to the caliper ... trust me .. it looks much better than running with the splitter.

It's not that much more for the extra length.

Damn good idea Doc! I was wanting to eliminate some of the mess.I perused your bike evolution Doc,quite a transformation,it's amazing what you can do to a star.They look good from the start and just get better no matter what ya add to em'.You have a super clean pro street,and thats exactly what I want.

Thanks to both for the comments.

I wanted to go radical but changed my mind. All the changes I've made will allow me to put the bike back to stock when I eventually sell it, 'cause I'm falling off of it at stoplights. Even though I cut the A pillar, I can still use the stock seat and some aftermarket seats.

That is what I did on my front brakes also. Just took off the whole mess of the right side rotor, caliper, cables, etc. Then while I was at it, ran stainless braided brake line to the othe one. For now I still am just using the stock brake caliper on the front left, and have plenty of stopping power with the just the one. Really shows off the chrome wheel better. Also found a hubcap to cover the center of the axle where it looks so bad.
