Frank - I had the Mustang dual touring saddle and sold it earlier this Summer. I now have the Corbin. To me, the overlap of the pillion over the driver's seat did not provide me any lower back support when compared to having a backrest. You cannot add a backrest after you buy the Mustang since the mounting bracket is located in the passenger pillion. There is no aftermarket backrest that I found that would work in conjunction with the Mustang. That was the main reason I sold it. If I would have originally purchased the Mustang with a driver's backrest, then I would have probably kept it.

The Corbin is firmer, but better on my back, which I attribute mostly to having an adjustable backrest.
