If you're concerned with oil temps you could try a Bucks cooler. It doesn't hang more stuff off the bike or make more places to leak It just clamps on the filter. And if you add up all the fins there's a lot of surface area to help dissipate heat even in slow traffic. An alternative anyway. Bucks
