Which license plate bracket for 2007 R* Silverado 2 Years, 4 Months ago

Hi, I am new to this forum and have searched for an answer on which license plate bracket I should attach to my 2007 Roadstar Silverado Midnight (which I love BTW). I found lots of info on license plate brackets but since I'm a newbie at this I'm still at ground zero. I do have another queston, how does the license plate bracket cover up the exposed wires where the bracket attaches. It looks to me that there will be a very small gap that would allow water to seep into the license plate braket holder that contains the exposed wires. Hope this makes sense to someone. Thank, Joel
