Yeh i 1st thought they were cobra speedster longs too,they look just like them but the cobra long speedster baffle dont fit themand i also sent cora the pics of my exhaust and also the current baffles in them and they said they dont apprear to be thier product esp since thier baffles dont fit.

Has anyone seen a bafflelike the one in my pipes thats thew shortet one with no holes in it nest the the lon=ger new cobra baffle that looks normal with holes in it like most others baffle i have seen over the yrs.

I was hoping someone would see the not very commong lloking baffle in my pipes and say A HAAAA,i have seen that baffle before in SO & So's pipes/exhaust but no such luck so far.

Gee,maye i could stuff them with fibeglas exhaust packing like i use for the 4 into 1 kerker on my kawi 1000 ,you never know it may work.

It took litterally a few yrs for that fiberglass ex packing to burn out of the kawi's 4 into 1 .

Maybe i could attach/tack weld or braze some fairly wide mesh steel screen to the back of the baffles to keep that packing from blowing out .

Or maybe i could simply weld/braze a washer onside the baffles with a smalled opening to quiet it down a bit .

Its just starnge thet Cobra and Samson have pipes that look like mine but both mfgs said after seeing the pics of pipes & baffles that the baffles in my pipes dont look anything like their baffles and that they didnt think they were their pipes either .

And on top of that the new cobr baffles i bought didn't fit which is what i would expect since the cobra mfg said the pipes on my bike wete not cobra's

H/K doesnt have pipes that look like mine sto thats not even an option.

Anyone know a custon ex mfg i could contact that could possibly make a set of quieter version baffle's using the current very loud baffles as a model/something to build off of ?

This is a PIA for sure and i sure dont want to resort to reinstalling the ugly assed stock pipes to quiet it down a bit for the wife even though i could drill the stock pipes out from the rear fro a little more rumble .

But i sure can't justify spedning $700 i really can spare for new pipes like the cobra long shots just for the ability to then buy the optional quieter baffles.
