So what's the status on these at this point? I'd have no problem taking one in the raw if you can't get them chromed for a decent price.

I was just going to mention the same thing Erbman. Landon at cuttin edge metrics is doing another run of the grab bars. I posted this info here a couple weeks ago. I was surprised no one responded.

Sorry Guys didn't see the thread til today. I have the ends made up sitting on my bench. I bought the tubing and just need to get it over to the bender and weld them up. I should have 10 made up in about a week or so. Things finally picked up at my business and I had to put this aside. I will have about 12 of them made up. I can sell them raw, powdercoated or I'm working with another chromer that promises to give me "a really good deal" we will see.

I'd be interested in a raw steel one, just let me know when you'll have them ready.

Very soon. I'm really not happy with the bent tubing I got. The bender put a notch/ line down the middle of the tube and I can't sand it out really smooth. I'm going to talk to another bender today. I don't want to put out any subpar stuff.

I decided to just do away with all the brackets. I made the SS spacers to take the place of the eyebrows.
I stood one of the spacers on the rail there to show what they looked like before I cut, drilled, and beveled.
