So what about going with 14" Burly Bars, would you still use +10 or go with +8? Was thinking that if i went with the +10 I would have some extra left over if i decided to add risers down the road, or would having extra slack be an issue? what about the size of the new brake line? anyone?


Rule of thumb with apes.... 14" = +8... 16" = +10 and so on...

what about adding risers (4" to a set of 14" bars, wouldnt I need more cable to pull that off?

Depends how you want to route your cables, but yes, you would technically need +10 then to keep stock cable routing.
